I have more than a decade of all rounded experience in operations, lean management, quality management system and ecommerce logistics. Other than that, I also focus a lot on conducting training on the above topics after receiving my train the trainer certification by the Malaysian Human Resouce Development Corporation. I have always jumped into new trends like introducing the automotive's lean manufacturing to an Ecommerce Fulfilment and also setting up the first fulfilment centre within a Freezone in Malaysia. These task requires a person to observe and absorb information to then connect the dots.
